Greetings, I'm Dr. James King, Founder of Scaled Transformation, and Creator of the Scaled Transformation Framework.  Scaled Transformation is an enterprise transformation framework that serves as a roadmap for initiating, planning, and implementing improvement actions.  The framework is grounded in the principles, practices, and competencies necessary for achieving organizational excellence in the face of daily and long-term challenges.  The Framework is built around the Six Core Competences of Enterprise Transformation.

  1. Adaptive Leadership - Advancing a leadership style that focuses on idealized influence and inspirational motivation to achieve extraordinary outcomes through intellectual stimulation and individual consideration.

  2. Adaptive Strategy - comprehensive approach to comprehensively changing how an enterprise operates in order to achieve significant improvements in performance and long-term success

  3. Service-First Mindset - Improving overall performance and value creation by redesigning all parts of the enterprise as a unified whole to deliver customer-focused results and innovative products and services.

  4. Adaptive Operations - Preparing the enterprise to align collective process, technology, and workforce skills with vision, mission, values and strategic objective to optimize enterprise operations and improve performance.

  5. Performance Optimization - Systematically identifying, building, and improving the core capabilities and competencies an enterprise needs to bridge the strategy-execution gap and drive transformative change.

  6. Adaptive Talent - Developing, nurturing, and deploying enterprise human talent to achieve strategic business goals and adapt to changing environments by fostering adaptive skill development and growth.

Six Core Competencies

Mastery of these six core competencies enables enterprise  improvement actions needed to successfully bridge the strategy-execution gap and drive consistent change.  The Scaled Transformation Framework and Change Builder are based on these six core competencies and grounded in a the Scaled Transformation sustainable adaptive approach.
